This study examines the effects of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial values on entrepreneurial intention among students of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Class of 2023, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Medan, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with a causal associative research design was employed. The population comprised students from this program and cohort. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that self-efficacy positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial intention (p = 0.018), as do entrepreneurial values (p = 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence entrepreneurial intention (F = 39.633; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.557) indicates that self-efficacy and entrepreneurial values explain 55.7% of the variance in entrepreneurial intention, while the remaining 44.3% is explained by factors outside the study. These findings suggest that strengthening self-efficacy and entrepreneurial values can support the development of entrepreneurial intention among students in the examined program and cohort.
