Backgraund: Exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0–6 months is influenced by various factors, including maternal knowledge and family support. Low maternal knowledge and insufficient family support are suspected to be among the causes of the suboptimal coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, including in the working area of Puskesmas Sepatan. This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and family support with exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0–6 months at Puskesmas Sepatan. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational design and a cross-sectional approach, involving a total sample of 107 respondents selected through total sampling. The results showed that the majority of respondents were aged 20–35 years (90.7%), had a senior high school education (60,7%), had good knowledge (65,4%), received good family support (46,7%), and practiced exclusive breastfeeding (51,4%). Statistical testing showed a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and family support with exclusive breastfeeding (P<0.001). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that maternal knowledge and family support have a significant relationship with the success of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0–6 months at Puskesmas Sepatan. Improving maternal knowledge and strengthening family support are expected to support the success of exclusive breastfeeding programs.
