Background:Bronchopneumonia is a respiratory infection in children that affects not only the physical condition but also the psychological and spiritual well-being of the family. Families often experience anxiety and stress, requiring adaptive coping mechanisms. One approach is the fulfillment of spiritual needs.This study aimed to analyze the role of spiritual needs fulfillment in improving family coping among parents accompanying children with bronchopneumonia. Method: A qualitative phenomenological approach was used. Participants were parents who accompanied their children during hospitalization. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and spiritual support interventions, including encouraging prayer, promoting positive thinking, and facilitating religious practices. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. Result :The results showed differences in spiritual condition and coping between when the child was healthy and during hospitalization. Spiritual support improved emotional calmness, reduced anxiety, and enhanced family coping. Conclusion: theĀ conclusion, spiritual care plays an important role in improving family coping and should be integrated into holistic nursing care.
