Environmental factors play a significant role in determining community-based disease incidence, particularly in densely populated areas. This study aims to analyze environmental factors as determinants of disease occurrence in Baleendah Subdistrict, Bandung Regency. A quantitative study with a cross- sectional design was conducted involving 250 respondents selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected through environmental observation, structured questionnaires, and basic health assessments. The independent variables included water quality, air quality, waste management, and sanitation, while the dependent variable was the incidence of community-based diseases. Data were analyzed using logistic regression. The results showed that poor water quality (OR=2.6), inadequate waste management (OR=2.9), and poor sanitation (OR=3.2) were significantly associated with increased disease incidence (p<0.05). This study concludes that environmental factors are strong determinants of community- based diseases. Strengthening environmental health interventions is essential to reduce disease risk in the community.
