<![CDATA[RSUD Grati Pasuruan is a district-level referral healthcare facility with a very high service intensity, resulting in an increasing volume of non-medical waste each year. However, its waste management system has not yet fully implemented the principles of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and the circular economy approach. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of strategies for managing domestic waste, wastewater, and plastic bags at RSUD Grati Pasuruan. The research used a descriptive method through observation of data before and after the implementation of waste management strategy interventions. The observation results indicate that domestic waste production decreased because the hospital processes waste into compost and fish feed, reducing the amount of waste disposed of as residue. The use of plastic bags also declined due to the adoption of reusable plastic bags. In addition, water usage became more efficient as plant watering activities were replaced by the use of treated wastewater from the wastewater treatment plant (IPAL). These three interventions collectively contributed to cost efficiency. Overall, the findings show that the strategies implemented by RSUD Grati Pasuruan are effective in supporting the implementation of 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and the circular economy, as well as in promoting the development of a green hospital environment.]]>
