Community Service (KKN), as a manifestation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, requires contextual interventions rooted in local potential. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the 2026 UIN Suska Riau KKN flagship programs in Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, with informants determined purposively. Data analysis was conducted interactively through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, and validated using source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that the flagship programs implemented across five locations (Bangko Kiri Village, Bangko Kanan Village, Bangko Mukti Village, Bangko Makmur Village, and Sungai Manasib Village) are highly diverse and were designed through field observation and communication with village/sub-district officials. These programs encompass environmental education and waste management, administrative mapping and area digitalization, greening, utilization of livestock waste into organic compost, basic infrastructure provision, and social education. Active community participation and village government support are key success factors. It is concluded that local potential-based KKN programs effectively bridge student knowledge with real community needs. However, the limited duration of the service period poses a challenge, so the sustainability of post-KKN programs requires genuine commitment and follow-up from the village government and local community.
