<![CDATA[This community service program aimed to assist students in transforming moral knowledge into the practice of adab as part of character strengthening through Islamic Religious Education. The program was conducted in September 2026 at an Islamic junior secondary school in Gresik Regency, involving 34 ninth-grade students. The mentoring employed a participatory approach through three main activities: discussion, simulation, and adab practice. Discussions were designed to connect students’ moral understanding with their everyday experiences, while simulations provided opportunities to practice responses to moral situations. Adab practice enabled students to apply moral values through observable behaviors. The results indicate that the mentoring activities provided opportunities for students to connect moral knowledge with action while strengthening values of respect, responsibility, cooperation, tolerance, and social concern. Character strengthening needs to be sustained through habituation, teacher modeling, school culture, reflection, and family support so that the practice of adab can develop into sustainable character.]]>
