Green open spaces play an important role in providing recreational areas, supporting social interaction, and improving the quality of life in urban communities. One of the urban green open space destinations is Tebet Eco Park. This study aims to analyze Tebet Eco Park as an urban tourism destination based on the 4A concept (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary Services). This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews with five visitors, and documentation. The results indicate that Tebet Eco Park offers strong attractions through its spacious, green, and comfortable environment. The accessibility aspect is considered good because the park is easily reached by both private vehicles and public transportation. In terms of amenities, supporting facilities are generally adequate; however, improvements are still needed in the number of restrooms, seating areas, directional signs, and the maintenance of several facilities. Regarding ancillary services, the park management has provided adequate support, although the presence of staff should be improved to make assistance more accessible to visitors. Overall, Tebet Eco Park has strong potential as an urban tourism destination. Nevertheless, continuous improvements in facilities and supporting services are necessary to enhance visitor comfort and satisfaction.
