This research aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Trust on the Decision to Use QRIS among Generation Z in Cirebon City, based on the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The sample consisted of 100 active QRIS users selected via purposive sampling. Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with a Bootstrapping approach in SPSS to address non-normal residual data. The results indicate that partially and simultaneously, Perceived Ease of Use and Trust have a positive and significant effect on the usage decision. Both variables explain 42.5% of the usage decision variance. The practical implication recommends synergy between service providers and merchants to maintain a user-friendly transaction ecosystem and strengthen data security to preserve service credibility.
