<![CDATA[Conventional exam still deals with administrative issues, resource wastage, and slow value correction. The goal of this study is to develop web-based exam applications that can automate the exam process, perform exam correction, and analyze exam data. The system is developed for the Minimum Viable (MVP) product, which is based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and produces modular and scalable code using the Waterfall method. is carried out using Python, Flask, and SQLite as the data base. It has three access points: Administrator (creating schedule), Teacher (creating questions), and Student (taking an exam). Functionality testing using Black Box Testing reveals key features including login, scheduling, real-time automated correction, and PDF documentation. By using MVC, product development has become more rapid, and the subsequent iterations are focused on improving server performance and responsiveness for large-scale data. The research results indicate that the developed web-based examination application enhances the efficiency of exam administration, accelerates the evaluation of learning outcomes, and reduces reliance on manual administrative processes.]]>
