Integrated STEM literacy education in the third-grade elementary school IPAS curriculum is necessary to support students' literacy regarding the life cycle of animals. The main issue of low activity and concept understanding was addressed through a PBL model assisted by an animal life cycle diorama. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the implementation of STEM literacy among 5 third-grade students at SDN Sidotopo IV Surabaya. Data collection techniques included participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, which were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The research results show that PBL assisted by dioramas successfully supports student activities through five main syntaxes, with optimal achievements in the aspects of science and mathematics literacy, while technology literacy still requires guidance. Supporting factors include collaboration and concrete visual media, while inhibiting factors are the presence of slow learners and lack of parental support at home.
