This study aimed to examine the effects of Servant Leadership and Algorithmic Fairness on employee innovative work behavior through psychological empowerment as a mediating variable among staff- and supervisor-level employees in an Indonesian parking management organization. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research sample consisted of 222 respondents selected through non-probability sampling based on specific inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that Servant Leadership, Algorithmic Fairness, and psychological empowerment each had positive and significant effects on employee innovative work behavior. In addition, Servant Leadership and Algorithmic Fairness positively and significantly influenced psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment was also found to partially mediate the relationships between Servant Leadership and employee innovative work behavior, as well as between Algorithmic Fairness and employee innovative work behavior. These findings suggest that implementing empathetic leadership practices, supported by fair and transparent algorithmic systems and strengthened psychological empowerment, could be an effective approach to improving employee innovative work behavior in modern parking management organizations.
