Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT BNI Life Insurance divisi employee benefit, dengan jumlah populasi 322 orang, peneliti mengambil 220 orang sebagai sampel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan hubungan kausal (causal effect) dan jenis data primer.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi dengan media kuesioner.Metode analisis menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan tipe data parametrik, dan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan karena memiliki nilai t-value 2.97 >t-tabel 1.96. Begitupun motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja memiliki nilai t value 2,31>t-tabel 1.96 yang berarti motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t value -2.32 >t-tabel 1.96.Namun pada variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukan tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan karena nilai t-value 0.00 <t-tabel 1.96. Pada variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t-value sebesar 2.97 >t-tabel 1.96. Begitupun pada variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi mempunyai nilai t-value 3.36 >t-tabel 1.96 yang berarti bahwa kepuasan kerja positif memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Terakhir dapat dilihat variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-value -2.73 >t-tabel 1.96, jadi dapat diartikan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance, job satisfaction and job attachment, the influence of work attachment to teacher performance, the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance, direct influence between transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by job satisfaction, and influence between transformational leadership of teacher performance mediated by work attachment. The result of the research shows that tranasformational leadership toward performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence. However, job satisfaction on teacher performance has no significant effect. Transformational leadership of performance mediated by job satisfaction shows a significant influence. Furthermore, transformational leadership towards work attachment has a positive and significant effect. Likewise on the variable attachment of work to performance. Furthermore, transformational leadership significantly affects employee performance with work attachment as a mediating variable. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

The training program has the ultimate goal and the knowledge gained in the training can be transferred back to work. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Supervisor support on Transfer Training through Motivation to Transfer. The sample in this research is the PMQ employee at PT. Sumatra Prima Fibreboard. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, namely employees who had participated in the PMQ Skills training program with a valid total response of 203 respondents. Data collection was done by collecting questionnaires using the 5 Likert point scale. The data analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using WarpPLS version 5. The results showed that Self-Efficacy, Supervisor Support, and Motivation to Transfer from a positive and significant provider for Transfers of Training. Self-Efficacy and Supervisor Support are positive and significant variables in influencing Motivation to Transfer. The results of the study also showed that Self-Efficacy and Supervisor support had a significant and significant effect on Transfer Training through Motivation to Transfer.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention measurements are important that should be managed and which can be used to enhance number of entrepreneurs from higher school graduates. This study aims to examine determinant factors affecting students’ entrepreneurial intention from subjective norms, attitudes, self-efficacy, locus of control perspectives and understanding the role of entrepreneurship education. This study adopted a survey with correlation approach to obtain a greater understanding for the phenomenon. The data were collected using purposive method from questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale to voluntary respondents and were analyzed using SPPS application. The findings of the study indicate that the variable of subjective norm, attitude, self-efficacy, locus of control, entrepreneurship education and adversity quotient successfully drive students’ entrepreneurial intention. This study suggests to pay attention these variables in driving students’ entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to evaluate the implementation and regulations and legal policies regarding the "Getting Zero To HALINAR" program in The Correctional Institutions (LAPAS) of Class 1 Cipinang Jakarta and the HRM approach are used as treatments to realize zero halinar as one of the conditions required for the implementation of Vision Vision and Correctional Mission The existence of the program has not yet had a positive impact in fostering inmates proven to still be the abuse of the use of mobile phones, extortion and narcotics so that it raises illegal costs (extortion) .This study uses a qualitative approach, a policy evaluation research method. interviews, observations, and literature studies Analysis carried out by following the path determined in the difference evaluation model - DEM The evaluation results of the implementation of the program are relatively effective although they have not yet reached their ideal goals as the Director Circular Correctional Number: PAS-54.PK.01.04.01 of 2013 concerning the program to get zero for halinar. Based on primary data, there were still some problems found in almost every aspect evaluated. Therefore, researchers offer a number of recommendations including increasing integrity by internalizing the contents of the Getting Zero to Halinar program to Officers / Employees / Officers and prisoners in each LAPAS in order to improve HR competencies through education and training, increasing mutual trust in institutions to reduce or eliminate negative excesses from the sectoral egos of each party, strengthening the Employee Internal Control System - SPIP in Cipinang Class IA Laps by ensuring that the working mechanism of the SPIP team at LAPAS runs as it should, and periodic (2 years) evaluation and follow-up evaluation plans .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Integrity, Professionalism, and Innovation in order to encourage the achievement of good service performance. This study involved 207 people from 384 employees at the State Treasury Service Office in the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury, Jakarta Province. The seven KPPNs were chosen because they have the same service user characteristics as other KPPNs and can represent KPPNs throughout Indonesia. Nationally, in terms of the budget managed and the number of work units served, more than half are served by the seven KPPNs. The average amount of the state budget managed by the seven KPPNs is 75.5% of all funds nationally. The technical analysis used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, with hypothesis testing tools using Path Analysis. The results of the study show that Integrity has a positive and significant effect on Service Performance, Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on Service Performance, Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Service Performance, Integrity positive and significant effect on Innovation, Professionalism positive and significant effect on Innovation and Integrity, Professionalism, and Innovation together have a positive and significant effect on Service Performance. This research provides evidence that Integrity, Professionalism, and Innovation as elements of the Ministry of Finance Values ​​can create a bureaucracy that has good public service performance, so it needs to be continuously socialized and internalized to all employees of the Ministry of Finance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication on Commerce Education Students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study used a survey method with the correlational approach. While the sampling technique used is simple random techniques (Random Sampling Technique). Affordable population numbered 65 students. The study sample was 55 students selected randomly. The results showed that: that there is a positive relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication Commerce Education student class of 2009 Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. Thus if the self-concept of students increases, the interpersonal communication will also increase. Keywords: self-concept, interpersonal communication.

This study analyzes the effect of servant leadership on employee performance with employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables in Mandiri Inhealth companies. Determination of the sample using proportionate stratified random sampling method . The sample in the study amounted to at least 154 respondents but collected 206 respondents were analyzed usingStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee engagement , there is a direct effect on employee engagement on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior , there is a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, there is no indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through employee engagement mediation , there is an indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through mediating organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to examine wher work environment influences employee turnover intentions at PT TSA. In addition, this study also examines Job Satisfaction and Motivation as an intervening variable as mediating role toward influence of Work Environment on employee turnover intentions. In some literature found that variable Job Satisfaction and Motivation variables cannot mediate influence of Work Environment on Turnover Intention, refore researchers want to reconfirm it once more.This study uses entire population of 256 workers at PT TSA outlets as respondents. In this study re are 5 (five) hyposes to test direct effect and 2 (two) hyposes to test indirect effect through analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. n in mediation test researcher uses Sobel test to test significance of effect of mediation found in research model. results of hyposis testing state that all hyposes made on research model are accePTed.
