This study examined the effect of the Index Card Match (ICM) cooperative learning model on fourth-grade students' mathematics learning outcomes at SDN 208/II Sumber Harapan. The study employed a quantitative pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. All 32 fourth-grade students were included as the research sample using purposive sampling. Learning outcomes were measured using objective tests that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data were analyzed through normality, homogeneity, and paired-samples t-tests using SPSS. The mean score increased from 44 on the pretest to 92 on the posttest, while mastery increased from 0% to 100%. The hypothesis test produced a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. These findings support the use of ICM as an active learning alternative for mathematics instruction in elementary school.
