The Jalak Women Farmers Group has business potential based on garlic commodities, yet most of its production is still sold as fresh produce. The group also faces limitations in product processing, business management and product legality, and digital marketing. This community engagement program aimed to improve members’ knowledge and skills through garlic powder innovation, strengthened business management and product legality, and digital marketing. The program involved 20 members of the Jalak Women Farmers Group in Wonogiri Regency and applied Participatory Action Research through planning, action, observation, and reflection. Activities included training, hands-on practice, technology application, and mentoring. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments across three program areas. The average score increased from 2.20 to 4.08. Production scores increased from 2.41 to 4.21, business management and product legality from 2.14 to 4.03, and digital marketing from 2.03 to 4.01. The program developed garlic powder processing skills, more structured business management, progress toward product legality, and stronger digital marketing practices. The integration of these three areas supports the sustainable development of the Jalak Women Farmers Group’s business.
