KWT Sitara is one of the micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Jember Regency that has diversified its product portfolio by developing functional rhizome-based beverages through a community service program in 2025. However, KWT Sitara currently continues to face challenges in marketing its products, despite having established social media accounts and an online store. One responsive alternative for digital marketing is the use of an e-catalog that can be accessed via a QR code. Therefore, this community service program focused on developing a QR code-based e-catalog for KWT Sitara’s rhizome-based beverage products. The program was implemented through four main stages: initial condition analysis, discussion, e-catalog development, and the creation of and assistance in using the QR code. All stages of the community service program were successfully completed, resulting in a QR code directly linked to KWT Sitara’s product e-catalog contains 4 different products. This initiative is expected to expand the market reach of KWT Sitara’s products, thereby increasing the group’s revenue and strengthening its initiative to establish a herbal village area in Jember Regency.
