Fragmented records management weakens the traceability of evidence for internal quality assurance, particularly during internal quality audits and accreditation. This study aimed to develop a digital records management model that integrates quality documents with the Plan, Implement, Evaluate, Control, and Improve cycle (PPEPP). A Research and Development approach adapted from Borg and Gall was employed through model design, prototype development, limited testing, evaluation, revision, and implementation strategy formulation. The study was conducted at STAI Nurul Iman Parung Bogor. Data were collected through observation, user questionnaires, interviews, and document review involving quality assurance, academic administration, study programs, general administration, and institutional leaders. Technique and source triangulation were used to strengthen the findings. The resulting product comprises an internal quality assurance records management model and an application prototype featuring authentication, document upload and classification, PPEPP-based grouping, metadata, search, access control, document history, and completeness monitoring. Limited testing indicated that users could operate the main functions, understand the menu structure, and store, classify, and retrieve documents without substantial difficulty. PPEPP integration positioned records as objective evidence of standard implementation rather than merely administrative files. Product revisions included simplified terminology, expanded subcategories and metadata, search filters, differentiated access rights, an improved dashboard, and a user guide.
