Integrity and discipline are essential values that support students’ academic success. However, preliminary observations indicated that students still face challenges in applying these values, particularly when dealing with conflicts between academic and organizational responsibilities, procrastination, and decision-making pressures. This community service program aimed to strengthen students’ awareness of integrity and discipline through an experiential learning approach. The program was conducted in the form of a workshop involving 31 students from the University of Lampung and consisted of lectures, decision-making simulations using the changing decision scenario method, and reflective discussions. The results showed that participants possessed a relatively good initial understanding of integrity and discipline but still required reinforcement in applying these values in complex situations. Participant engagement, reflective discussions, and decision-making simulations demonstrated positive indications of strengthening students’ awareness of responsibility, honesty, communication, leadership, and time management. Overall, the experiential learning approach showed potential as an alternative strategy for supporting character development among university students through experiential and reflective learning.
