Digital transformation has become an important approach to supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in adapting to technological developments and changing consumer behavior. However, some service-sector MSMEs, including laundry businesses, still face limitations in utilizing digital technology to support service delivery and customer connectivity. This community service program aimed to empower laundry MSMEs through the implementation of the SpinCycle digital platform as a means of supporting business digital transformation. The program involved two laundry MSMEs in Pasar Minggu District, South Jakarta, and was conducted through several stages, including needs identification, platform preparation and development, partner onboarding, service implementation, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that SpinCycle was successfully implemented by involving two laundry MSMEs as partners, attracting 24 registered users, and recording 7 transactions/orders through the platform. The implementation provided an alternative digital channel for partners to display their services and connect with consumers. These results indicate that implementing a digital platform accompanied by mentoring can serve as an initial step toward expanding laundry MSMEs’ access to and participation in the digital service ecosystem. Future implementation should focus on sustained platform utilization and further evaluation of its impact on partner business performance.
