The Policy implementation is one of the government's actions, either individually or collectively, to achieve specific objectives. It represents a crucial process in which formulated policies are translated into concrete actions. Extreme poverty refers to a condition in which individuals or households are unable to meet their most basic needs such as food, clean water, adequate housing, sanitation, health care, education, and access to information. This condition is not limited to low income but also encompasses a lack of access to essential social services. The provision of Direct Cash Assistance (Bantuan Langsung Tunai/ BLT) for extreme poverty aims to reduce or eliminate poverty in all its forms by enabling individuals to meet their basic needs. Therefore, this study seeks to examine the implementation process of BLT for extreme poverty among beneficiary households. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach and was conducted as field research. Primary data were collected through direct interviews with beneficiaries and community leaders involved in village regulations, whilesecondary data were obtained from books, journals, and relevant articles. Data were analyzed through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. with credibility testing applied to ensure data validity. The findings indicated that(1) the village government determines households classified as extreme poor basedon Village Regulation No. 01 of 2023, which was agreed upon with community leaders, and (2) the implementation process involved four key aspects:communication, implementers' attitudes, bureaucratic structure, and resources.
