<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of communication and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Becton Dickinson Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. Fifty-eight employees were recruited as respondents. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. Simple and multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis. The results indicate that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by a t-value of 16.545 (positive sign) and a p-value of 0.002 <0.050. Furthermore, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 22.918 (positive sign) and a p-value of 0.000 <0.050. Simultaneously, communication and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is confirmed by the F-test results, which show a significance value of 0.000 <0.050. These findings indicate that employee performance at PT. Becton Dickinson Indonesia is influenced by communication and the work environment.]]>
