Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously at McDonald's Emerald Bintaro, South Tangerang. The method used in this research is quantitative. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis by testing validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, t tests and F tests. The population is employees of Mcdonald's Emerald Bintaro, South Tangerang. With a saturated sample, 85 or the entire population is used. The results of this research based on the coefficient of determination show that training and work discipline have a contribution to employee performance of 74.3%. The results of the research show that the correlation coefficient value of training on employee performance is 0.749, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship, the correlation coefficient value of work discipline on performance employees is 0.860, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The results of testing the simultaneous influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 118.622 > Ftable value = 3.11, so the hypothesis was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between training and work discipline on employee performance at McDonald's Emerald Bintaro, South Tangerang

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether work stress and the work environment influence employee performance at PT. Duraquipt Cemerlang Depok. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used random sampling with reference to the Slovin formula with a population of 175 and a significance level of 5%, from the calculation results the sample was obtained as many as 122 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance, this can be seen from (0.000) being greater than 0.05 and the t-count (4.590) being greater than the t-table (1.98), meaning a decrease in performance for PT employees. Duraquipt Cemerlang can be affected by increased work stress in employees. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, this can be seen from (0.000) being smaller than 0.05 and the t-count (5.697) being greater than the t-table (1.98), meaning an increase in performance for PT employees. Duraquipt Cemerlang is influenced by a good work environment. Work stress and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees Brilliant Duraquipt.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and career development on employee performance at PT Piesta Dinamika Consult, South Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative analysis. The data used in this research is a survey research method through questionnaires and observation. The population in this study was 118 employees. The sample used the Slovin formula with a difficulty level of 5% so that a sample of 91 people was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, this is shown by the calculated t value of 3.426 > t table 1.986 and the significant value < 0.05. Partially, career development does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is shown by the calculated t value of 1.251 < t table 1.986 and a significant value of > 0.05 and work discipline and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the employee performance of PT Piesta Dinamika Consult South Jakarta . This is shown by the calculated F value > F table or 7.049 > 3.10 and a significant value < 0.05. The R Square value is 0.419, this shows that employee performance is influenced by discipline and career development by 41.9% while the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors outside this research

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the work environment and work discipline influence employee performance at PT. Taste of the King's Banquet, South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. King's Taste Banquet This can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=29.090+0.397 0.261X2, meaning the value (a) or constant is 31.492. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=26.367+0.310X1+0.144X2. The regression value is 0.310 Regression value 0.144X2 (positive)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Work Discipline and Leadership Style, either individually or simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Astra Life, South Tangerang. This research uses an associative quantitative research method, data obtained in the form of a questionnaire. The result is that there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance as evidenced by the t calculated value of the work discipline variable being 5,742 which is greater than the t table of 1.99085 with a significance level of 0 which is greater than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Leadership Style on Employee Performance is proven by the tcount value of the Leadership Style variable being 3.072 which is greater than the ttable of 2.00172 with a significance level of 0.03 which is greater than 0.05 so it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Work Discipline and Leadership Style on Employee Performance Ftable value at a significance level of 0.05 with df 1 (number of variables -1) 3-1 = 2, and df 2 (n-k-1) or = 60-2-1 = 57 obtained value F table is 3.16 So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (33.926 > 3.16) and significance < 0.05 (0 < 0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Work Discipline and Leadership Style together influence Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Puskesmas Pesanggrahan South Jakarta employees. The research method used is descriptive associative with a total sample population of 64 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis used includes: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simple linear regression test, t-test and F-test. The results of the partial test (t-test) obtained that work discipline and work environment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous test show that discipline affects the performance of the regression equation Y = 17.934 + 0.549X1, the correlation coefficient is 0.613, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.624 or 62.4% the work environment affects the performance of the regression equation Y = 21.127 + 0.465X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.593 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.649 or 64.9% work discipline and work environment together have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value > F table or (36.831 > 2.760). This is reinforced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 18.224 + 0.395X1 + 0.147X2. While the contribution of work discipline and work environment variables to employee performance is 57.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether work discipline and work environment influence employee performance at PT. Total Cipta Solusindo. The method used is a quantitative method. Using a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 44 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline influences employee performance with the regression equation Y = 22.462 + 0.380X₁, a correlation coefficient of 0.400, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (2.827 > 2.018) thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Total Cipta Solusindo. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (4.691 > 2.018) thus H₀ is rejected and H₂ is accepted. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (22.002) > 2.830), thus H₀ was rejected and H₃ was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously on work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Total Cipta Solusindo.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether compensation and work discipline influence the performance of pattern II contract employees at PT. BRI Life Insurance Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 72 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on the performance of pattern II contract employees at PT. BRI Life Insurance with a value of tcount (2.196) > ttable (1.995) and sig (0.031) < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of pattern II contract employees at PT. BRI Life Insurance with a value of tcount (6.669) > ttable (1.995) and sig (0.000) < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between compensation and work discipline together on the performance of pattern II contract employees at PT. BRI Life Insurance with a value of Fcount (147.886) > Ftable (3.13) and sig (0.000) < 0.05, the level of relationship between compensation and work discipline on the performance of pattern II contract employees at PT. BRI Life Insurance is said to be very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.900.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational background and work experience on employee performance at PT. Berkah Cipta Persada in Bekasi, partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 93 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are educational background has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 41.0% and hypothesis testing is obtained t arithmetic > t table or (7.957 > 1.986). Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 50.5% and hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (9,641 > 1,986). Educational background and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.919 + 0.259X1 + 0.502X2. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.1% while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test obtained value of F arithmetic > F table or (55,132 > 2,710).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sharia People's Empowerment Bank (BPRS) Amanah Ummah Pusat Leuwiliang Bogor. Research is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was 66 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using validity testing, reliability of classical assumption tests, simple linear analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, F test and T hitung test. The results of the research are that together there is an influence between work leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. BPRS (Sharia People's Financing Bank) Amanah Ummah Pusat Leuwiliang Bogor. This can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 8.867 + 1.001 Thus the decision taken by Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work leadership and motivation variables are able to influence employee performance variables. The coefficient of determination or R square value is 0.854 or 85.4%. The dependent variable is employee performance (Y), the variation of which can be explained by the variables work leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) and the remaining 14.6% is explained outside the variables used
