<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Working Capital Turnover (WCTO), and Quick Ratio (QR) on profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Merck Tbk for the period 2015–2024. This research uses a quantitative method with secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT Merck Tbk. The data analysis methods employed include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (F-test).Based on the results of the ANOVA test, the regression model shows an F value of 17.773 with a significance level of 0.002, indicating that the model is feasible and that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. Partially, the test using a comparison between the calculated t value and the t table value (±2.447) shows that all independent variables have a significant effect on ROA. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a calculated t value of –5.906 < –2.447, indicating a significant effect with a negative direction. Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) has a calculated t value of 6.422 > 2.447, indicating a significant effect with a positive direction. Quick Ratio (QR) has a calculated t value of 3.248 > 2.447, indicating a significant effect with a positive direction on ROA. Overall, this study confirms that asset efficiency, working capital management, and liquidity significantly contribute to the profitability of the company when tested simultaneously.]]>
