This study analyzes the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) within the Makassar Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of Wahdah Islamiyah, focusing on planning, execution, supervision, and obstacles. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method with an Islamic educational management approach, data were gathered through triangulation of observation, interviews, and documentation involving key council administrators. Results demonstrate that HRM planning and execution are carried out systematically. Recruitment relies on departmental needs analysis oriented toward internal cadres to maintain organizational vision. Selection evaluates Islamic tsaqafah, Qur'anic recitation ability, and tarbiyah commitment, while placement applies the principle of the right man on the right place. Performance development involves thematic training, evaluated semiannually using a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system. Supervision is implemented structurally and participatively. Primary challenges include budget limitations, fluctuating member motivation, and scarce full-time professionals, which are addressed by strengthening cadre development, rewarding performance, and optimizing internal coaching. Overall, HRM at Wahdah Islamiyah successfully integrates modern managerial professionalism with spiritual-ideological values.
