Abstract

AbstrakGuru adalah pendidik profesional dengan tugas untuk mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pendidikan anak usia dini jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar, dan pendidikan menengah. Guru mempunyai kedudukan sebagai tenaga profesional pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah, dan pendidikan anak usia dini pada jalur pendidikan formal yang diangkat sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yaitu: pertama, pengakuan kedudukan guru sebagai tenaga profesional dibuktikan dengan sertifikat pendidik. Kedua, Kedudukan guru sebagai tenaga profesional berfungsi untuk meningkatkan martabat dan peran guru sebagai agen pembelajaran berfungsi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional ketiga, Kedudukan guru dan dosen sebagai tenaga profesional bertujuan untuk melaksanakan sistem pendidikan nasional dan mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional, yaitu berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, serta menjadi warga negara yang demokratis dan bertanggung jawab. AbstractA teacher is a professional educator with the task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education, and secondary education. The teacher has a position as a professional at the level of basic education, secondary education, and early childhood education in the formal education pathways that are appointed by laws and regulations, namely: first, the recognition of the position of teachers as professionals as evidenced by certificates of educators. Second, the position of the teacher as a professional staff function to improve the dignity and the role of the teacher as a learning agent functions to improve the quality of national education. Third, the position of the teacher and lecturer as professional staff aims to implement the national education system and realize the national education goals, namely the development of the potential of students so that be a human being who believes and is devoted to Allah Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, competent, creative, capable, and becomes a democratic and responsible citizen.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui secara teoritik peranan senam otak dalam meningkatkan fungsi memori jangka pendek (short term memory) pada anak. Penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kepustakaan ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber dari jurnal dan buku terkait dengan fokus kajian. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa analisis naratif deskriptif. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan gerakan yang dilakukan dalam senam otak dapat meningkatkan fungsi memori jangka pendek yang terbukti dengan kemajuan kemampuan anak dalam membaca. Gerakan senam otak melatih daerah sensorik otak sehingga daya tahan informasi yang didapat bertahan lebih lama membuat memori lebih kuat sehingga membuat proses belajar lebih mudah dan menghilangkan hambatan belajar. Senam otak sangat dianjurkan untuk anak-anak yang kemampuan matematikanya belum optimal. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan pada guru, orang tua atau pengasuh anak untuk senantiasa memberikan stimulus berupa senam otak pada anak agar dapat meningkatkan fungsi otak dan membuat tubuh rileks sehingga semangat dalam belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to know how the brain gym improves short term memory function to children. This qualitative research with a literature study was conducted by collecting various sources from journals and books related to the focus of the study. The data analysis used was descriptive narrative analysis. The results showed that the movements in the brain gym can improve short-term memory function that is the progress of children's ability to read. Brain gym movements train the sensory areas of the brain so that the resistance of the information lasts longer, makes memory stronger, making the learning process easier and eliminating learning obstacles. Based on the study, a brain gym is highly recommended for children whose mathematical abilities are not yet optimal. It implies that teachers, parents, or caregivers should provide a stimulus in the form of brain gym to children. With that stimulus, it can improve brain function and relax the body. The children become more enthusiastic and improve their learning achievement.

Abstract

Abstract:In the perspective of Islamic education, the concept of liberalism and democracy in education is about owning academic freedom, in which a lecturer can teach, and the students have the right to learn without limitation and mixing it with irrational thoughts. This paper aims to elaborate on the nature and the development of liberalism and democracy in Islamic higher education from different sources. The type of research used in this study was library research. The data were taken from various books and articles related to the topic then analyzed using content analysis. Based on the findings, the theory of the Islamic education philosophy about the concept of liberalism and democracy were so sustainable to provide possible solutions in education management, educational facilities, and infrastructure. Also, it could be a solution for educators to implement teaching methods or approaches that are more suitable for the learning process.Abstrak:Dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, konsep liberalisme dan demokrasi dalam pendidikan adalah tentang memiliki kebebasan akademik, dimana seorang dosen dapat mengajar, dan mahasiswa berhak untuk belajar tanpa batasan dan mencampurkannya dengan pemikiran-pemikiran yang irasional. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi sifat dan perkembangan liberalisme dan demokrasi di perguruan tinggi Islam dari berbagai sumber. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data diambil dari berbagai buku dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan topik tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, teori filosofi pendidikan Islam tentang konsep liberalisme dan demokrasi yang begitu lestari dapat memberikan solusi yang memungkinkan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan, sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Selain itu, dapat menjadi solusi bagi pendidik untuk menerapkan metode atau pendekatan pengajaran yang lebih sesuai untuk proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the conception of Islamic Education from the perfectives of Al-Ghazali. This article used library research to review Al-Ghazali’s thoughts and conceptions on Islamic Education. The results shows that Al-Ghazali had a thorough understanding of Islamic Education. This paper also reveals his thoughts and understanding on education management, managing learners, and managing curriculum. This paper concludes that education according to Al-Ghazali is the process of humanizing humanity until the end of their lives towards a self-approach to God so that they become perfect human beings. Al-Ghazali describes the things that must be fulfilled by students in the learning process: learning is a soul process, requires concentration, must be based on the attitude of tawadhu'. Regarding a curriculum, he paid special attention to the religious and ethical sciences and was based on two tendencies: religious tendencies and Sufism; and pragmatic tendencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal quality assurance system for education standards, research, community service and educational supervision in higher education institutions. The results of the study indicate that all components of the education quality standard must be endeavored to achieve the desired quality, both internal and external stakeholders. Research standards and community service need to be intensified in carrying out an internal quality assurance system by referring to the principles of being educational, accountable, objective, and transparent. Educational supervision in tertiary institutions must always be present to complement the administrative and management processes in achieving educational goals and become an umbrella for inputs, outputs and systems in tertiary institutions to keep activities carried out from deviating from a predetermined plan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan memberikan kontribusi terhadap keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran secara optimal, sarana pendidikan dan infrastruktur mendukung pembangunan lembaga pendidikan yang unggul dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, melalui pendekatan etnografi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan pada proses perencanaan dan analisis terkait tentang kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana dalam pembelajaran, analisis pembiayaan dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelian sarana dan prasarana dengan menggunakan dana sewajarnya sesuai kebutuhan, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses pembelajaran yang sedang berjalan. Pemeliharaan fasilitas pendidikan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama oleh seluruh warga sekolah, sarana dan prasarana yang tidak terpakai selama proses pembelajaran tetap memerlukan pemeliharaan tanpa merusak kualitas dari fasilitas tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah faktor yang mendukung inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan meliputi kerjasama dan fasilitas yang memadai sehingga yang menjadi penghambat adalah inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan adalah rendahnya jumlah barang dan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is a weapon that destroys action and poverty, and becomes a ladder towards the dream of every student to be financially independent. This study aims to determine the Urgency of Entrepreneurship Education by Utilizing Digital Technology for UIN Alauddin Makassar Students. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education is needed in any field regardless of the field occupied or one's profession. With entrepreneurship education students are able to build an entrepreneurial spirit by creating various creative ideas and innovations, being able to utilize and follow the very rapid developments of digital technology. The conclusion of this study is Entrepreneurship Education at UIN Alauddin Makassar Higher Education as a process or activity carried out in order to internalize entrepreneurial mentality, transmit entrepreneurial knowledge and skills to students, accelerate experience and transmit the mindset and behavior of an entrepreneur to students so that they behave and become entrepreneurs. This is very important because the development of entrepreneurship has led to a creative and digital economy, so that it is able to make new businesses no longer focus on finding work and becoming workers anymore, but can create and open jobs.

Abstract

The phenomenon of a learning crisis occurred after the COVID-19 pandemic; discipline is one aspect that must be the main focus of schools during this learning crisis. At MTs Arifah, discipline is the primary goal of extracurricular scouting. This study aims to reveal curriculum management in improving student discipline in the scout extracurricular activities. This research also uses a descriptive qualitative approach to tell the facts of curriculum management of the scout extracurricular to improve student discipline. The results obtained from this study reveal that the management of scout extracurricular curriculum planning begins with preparing Prota and Promes as a reference for activities for one year and evaluations carried out by implicit means, namely oral reports by scout coaches to the principal; this evaluation is more effective because the principal is faster and understands the conditions of extracurricular scouting.

Abstract

The budget financing planning system is an important element in supporting the implementation of quality and sustainable education. This research aims to design and develop a system that is able to integrate the planning, allocation and supervision processes of education budgets efficiently and transparently. This approach includes needs analysis, preparation of a system framework, and implementation of information technology to support data-based decision making. By utilizing a systematic methodology, this research produces a budget planning model that is responsive to educational needs, accommodates the dynamics of policy change, and supports the involvement of various stakeholders. The results of this system are expected to increase the efficiency of resource management, reduce the potential for budget irregularities, and encourage equal access to education. These findings provide a significant contribution in supporting the government's efforts to achieve inclusive and sustainable national education development goals.

Abstract

Penyusunan program kerja pelaksanaan anggaran pendidikan adalah proses strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas tiga aspek utama: analisis kegiatan dan sasaran pendidikan, penyusunan jaringan kegiatan, serta analisis biaya pendidikan. Analisis kegiatan memastikan alokasi sumber daya sesuai kebutuhan operasional dan pengembangan, sementara penyusunan jaringan kegiatan menekankan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan untuk mengoptimalkan anggaran, termasuk melalui strategi crash program. Analisis biaya pendidikan memberikan panduan menghitung dan mengevaluasi pengeluaran secara transparan dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dua kategori utama anggaran pendidikan: anggaran rutin untuk kebutuhan operasional harian dan anggaran pembangunan untuk investasi jangka panjang, seperti infrastruktur dan teknologi pendidikan. Tantangan yang ditemukan mencakup pemetaan kebutuhan pendidikan yang kurang tepat, lemahnya koordinasi, dan kurangnya optimalisasi data dalam analisis biaya. Pendekatan berbasis data dan perencanaan strategis memungkinkan pengelolaan anggaran yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan berdampak signifikan dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Artikel ini memberikan panduan bagi pengelola pendidikan untuk merancang anggaran yang efisien dan relevan dengan kebutuhan.
