The rapid development of financial technology has encouraged the use of digital wallets as an alternative payment instrument, including DANA, which offers various transaction features and digital payment services. Consumer decisions to use digital wallets may be influenced by service features, security, and perceived ease of use. This research examines the effects of these three factors on consumers’ decisions to use the DANA digital wallet among residents of Tembung Village, Hamlet V, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design was employed. The population consisted of 2,977 residents, from which 97 respondents were selected as the research sample. Primary data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS. The findings indicate that service features have a positive and significant effect on consumers’ decisions to use DANA, while security also has a positive and significant effect. In contrast, perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on consumer decisions. Simultaneously, service features, security, and perceived ease of use significantly affect consumers’ decisions to use DANA, with an Adjusted R Square value of 83.8%.
