Entrepreneurial action is essential for supporting the growth and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, many MSME owners still encounter difficulties in translating entrepreneurial potential into concrete business actions. This study examines the influence of entrepreneurial personality on entrepreneurial action among MSME owners in Kuningan Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative method with a descriptive-verificative design was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 382 MSME owners selected using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results show that both entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial action are classified as high. Entrepreneurial personality has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial action, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.772, a t-value of 18.736, and a significance value of <0.001. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.480 indicates that entrepreneurial personality explains 48.0% of the variance in entrepreneurial action. The findings highlight entrepreneurial personality as an important internal factor that encourages MSME owners to engage in more proactive entrepreneurial actions and supports business development.
