This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and career development on employee productivity, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable, at PT. Bank Sulselbar (Makassar Main Branch). The study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The research population consists of all employees at PT. Bank Sulselbar (Makassar Main Branch), and the census method was used for sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS version 4. The results indicate that transformational leadership and career development have a positive and significant impact on both employee productivity and work motivation. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity and significantly mediates the influence of transformational leadership and career development on employee productivity. These findings suggest that increased employee productivity can be achieved through the implementation of transformational leadership and career development, as well as the enhancement of work motivation.
