Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remained a serious endemic public health problem in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between community behavior in implementing the Mosquito Nest Eradication Program (PSN) and the presence of mosquito larvae in the working area of the Sedati Public Health Center, Sidoarjo. The research used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design on 96 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling from Pepe Village and Pabean Village. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that 61.45% of respondents’ houses still had mosquito larvae, particularly in water storage containers. A relationship was found between knowledge and the presence of larvae (p = 0,034; OR=2,467; 95% CI: 1,063–5,726) and between attitude and the presence of larvae (p = 0,026; OR=2,608; 95% CI: 1,108–6,139). It was concluded that community knowledge and attitude were significantly associated with the presence of mosquito larvae. It was recommended that the Sedati Public Health Center should strengthen PSN intervention strategies through structured education and support for environmental management policies to ensure a sustained reduction in the mosquito larvae population.
