This community service program aims to enhance the competitiveness of the Eco Siger Mandiri MSME in Bandar Lampung through operational transformation, strengthening financial literacy, and marketing digitalization. The main problems faced by the partner include limited production capacity, high product failure rates (rejects), and limited digital literacy in marketing. The method used is a participatory approach involving Focus Group Discussions (FGD), the application of appropriate technology in the form of an automatic steamer machine, as well as financial management mentoring and marketing digitalization through an e-Catalog. The results of the service show an 80% increase in production capacity and an 80% reduction in product failure rates through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Furthermore, marketing digitalization successfully increased sales transactions by 25% and expanded the partner's market reach. This program concludes that the integration of technological innovation and the strengthening of financial literacy is an effective model for realizing economic sustainability for green economy-based MSMEs.
