Raw material inventory management is crucial for the operations of Food and Beverage businesses, including the coffee shop units at SOC Media Group. Currently, inventory recording at the two branches—Prasravana Coffee Eatery and Kopi Bahagia—is still performed using conventional methods such as logbooks and spreadsheets, leading to data inaccuracies and a lack of real-time monitoring. This study aims to design a web-based inventory management information system capable of managing raw material data in real-time. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the Waterfall development model. The results demonstrate that the developed system successfully implements recipe management for automatic stock deduction based on Point of Sale (POS) transaction data, critical stock notifications, and inventory reporting. Functionality testing using Black-Box Testing confirmed that all modules operate 100% in accordance with specifications. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results also indicate excellent system acceptance, with positive responses ("Strongly Agree" and "Agree") reaching 100% across all user levels (Admin, Management, and Owner). Thus, the information system is proven to be valid and reliable for users, while minimizing the risks of data inaccuracy associated with conventional stock tracking. For future development, the addition of a stock requirement forecasting feature based on sales trends is recommended.
