Abstract

Technological developments have changed computers so that they can process various kinds of data such as sound, images, and so on. Image is a combination of points, lines, fields, and colors to create an imitation of an object, usually a physical object or a human. Even though an image is rich in information, often the image that is owned has decreased in quality, for example, contains defects or denoises. Decreasing image quality due to noise can reduce the information contained in an image. Noise is an acoustic, electrical, or electronic interference signal that is present in a system in the form of interference which is not the desired signal. Image processing that can be done by a computer consists of several types. Image quality improvement (image enhancement) is one of the fields of image processing that is quite popular. The application of image enhancement can improve the quality of the image which was initially blurred or not in accordance with the wishes of the owner for the better. One of the image enhancement methods that can be used is Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE). The use of the CLAHE method can improve poor image quality by reducing noise in the image. The system is designed with the MATLAB R2014a programming application, after carrying out the testing process on several Google Maps images, it is found that the inputted "Certificate 1.jpg" image shows that changes in the image are good with reduced noise, so the resulting image has good quality. using the 2nd kernel weight (0, -1, 0; -1, 5, -1; 0, -1, 0).

Abstract

The performance of employees who get bonuses is one of the conditions used for companies to support employee performance, evaluate work results, and motivate other employees to work hard. In addition to assessing the work of employees according to company standards, job evaluation in an organization or company is usually used as a benchmark for companies to issue bonuses to employees. The problem in this study is that excessive workloads on some employees result in stress which leads to poor performance. This research process uses aadecision supporttsystem toodetermineeand select the performance of employees who get bonuses, the SPK process through the criteria and weights used are attendance (25%), attitude/ethics (20%), time discipline (25%), creativity (15%), %), and work results (15%). This study aims to determine the performance of employees who are rewarded using the direct weighting (SAW) method for an employee performance decision support system. In this study, the data collection technique used was library research, observation. A decision support system to evaluate the performance of employees who have been rewarded.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed all the needs in human life. Computers used for data processing and computer networks as data integration clearly make companies and industries interested in using them, and PT Perkebunan Nusantara II Kwala Madu is one of them. Currently, PT Perkebunan Nusantara II Kwala Madu does not have a special application program for data collection on retired employees, so that reporting and filing is difficult to organize. This study aims to complete the data collection process for retired employees from paper-based to digital-based. So it is necessary to create a website-based application using php, bootstrap and mysql. Application development using the waterfall method. The application is designed to fulfill the HRD division in backing up digital-based retirement employee data and following the appropriate steps as the waterfall method works.

Abstract

In order to build a more 'qualified' data and information system, the BKKBN synchronizes the Indonesian Family Database (BDKI) with the population information system. The information system built by the BKKBN is packaged under the name of the Family Information System or SIGA. SIGA is used as a work map, program intervention and performance measurement. The implementation of SIGA will be piloted in 68 districts. SIGA is a very important 'vehicle' for BKKBN in particular. This is because family data and information serve as monitoring tools and the basis for planning, measuring performance and working maps at every level of the Family Planning and Family Development Population Program area in Indonesia.

Abstract

 Practical Work is a student activity to gain knowledge and practical experience in the field based on the scientific basis that has been studied. So far, the process of registering practical work at the DPRD of North Sumatra Province is done manually, to register for practical work students or students must come to the location first. In this way, there are still problems that occur, especially when inputting prospective participant data. The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based information system that can help participants and also the staff of DPRD North Sumatra Province employees. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help participants and DPRD staff in registering practical work and also in inputting participant data.

Abstract

The use of applications in elementary school level children has had a bad impact because they are addicted to playing online games, social media and spending their time just playing applications on the smartphone. The problem in this study is the bad effect of an application on a smartphone for elementary school children. During the current pandemic, smartphones are tools used by children in the learning process, most children today have many minors who abuse an application on the smartphone, which causes them to no longer focus on learning but are addicted to using smartphones, namely because of the application. what they like, as a result they are lazy to learn. Therefore the authors designed a decision support system on comparative analysis using two methods, namely the WASPAS and AHP methods with specified criteria. The two methods are compared to find out which method is more effective, easy and fast in the calculation process that can help in determining which applications on smartphones are good to use for children at the elementary level.

Abstract

In today's technological developments, information (messages) is a basic need for society. Therefore the security of an information is very important. To secure the information required a technique that can secure the data, namely cryptography. Therefore, the author makes an application that can keep confidential information. In this application, the author uses a cryptographic method, namely the hill cipher method, where the hill cipher has two processes in encoding messages, namely encryption and description. In this encryption and description process, a matrix key is used. The matrix key used by the author is a 2x2 matrix. Making this application using the Python programming language. The result to be achieved from this research is the creation of an application that can encode confidential information (messages).

Abstract

MOORA method is a decision support system it is one that can perform calculations on attribute criteria that help decision makers to make the right decisions. Binjai City is an area that has several superior products. These products are superior and have characteristics and uniqueness that other regions do not have as well as reliable competitiveness and provide opportunities for employment opportunities for the surrounding community. To determine whether a product is included in the superior product category, this is determined by the Binjai City Manpower and Industry Office. There are several criteria that must be met, among others, labor, investment value, production capacity, production value, and BB/BP value. In this case the Department of Manpower and Industry of Binjai City finds it difficult to determine the superior product, this is because there are many criteria that must be considered. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can help the Binjai City Manpower and Industry Office to determine regional superior products.

Abstract

The decrease in an individual's interest in learning is caused by various factors. One of them is social factors which in some conditions cause individuals to feel inferior to continue their education to a higher academic realm. For some people, the farming profession is often underestimated, causing the social value of the farming profession to decline, causing the next generation of farmers to feel insecure to continue their education to a higher stage. From the test results on 24 samples of village data in the Pasar VIII Namo Terasi village office using the a priori method, it was found that there was 1 rule, namely If the parent's occupation is a civil servant and the income is above 4 million, the child will go to college with a supporting value of 20.8%, confidence value of 50%.

Abstract

The Department of Manpower and Trade Industry is a government agency in Binjai City that has a role in developing the skills of prospective workers who have expertise and work quality. A company can develop well influenced by the quality of the workforce Manpower is an important part in carrying out company operations. What is currently happening is that the Department of Manpower and Industry and Trade of Binjai City has difficulties in selecting the best and most competent workforce according to the needs of the company. Taking this into account, a decision support system is needed that can function as a selector for each workforce with predetermined criteria. By using a decision support system, the selection of the best workforce will be faster and more efficient. One of the methods in decision selection is Multi Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). MOORA is one that can perform calculations on the value of attribute criteria that help decision makers to make the right decisions.
