Village information digitalization requires a platform capable of presenting official information in a structured manner while extending the promotion of local potential. This study aims to develop the Klambir 5 Village profile website in Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, as an information and village-potential promotion medium. The study applies a Research and Development approach using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, literature review, and questionnaires. The resulting website provides village profiles, government information, public services, news, galleries, village potential, contact information, and an administrator page. According to the test tables in the research report, all 14 black-box scenarios were recorded as successful, yielding 100% functional success. Responsive testing on five screen sizes showed that the interface adapted appropriately, while compatibility testing indicated successful operation on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Android browsers, and Safari. However, the user-evaluation table in the report does not yet contain empirical scores; therefore, a questionnaire-based feasibility percentage cannot be reported. Technically, the website fulfills its basic role as a village information center and promotion medium, while user-acceptance validation should be completed before drawing a quantitative feasibility conclusion.
