This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, within the Logistics Bureau of the Gresik Resort Police (Polres Gresik). The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey method. The population and sample consisted of 31 civil servants (PNS) from the Logistics Bureau of Gresik Resort Police, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and F-tests with the aid of IBM SPSS Version 25 software. The analysis results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-count 5.272 > t-table 2.756; sig. 0.000), and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-count 4.765 > t-table 2.756; sig. 0.000). Furthermore, both variables simultaneously exert a significant influence on employee performance (F-count 74.990 > F-table 3.33; sig. 0.000), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.843 or 84.3%. Work motivation and work discipline are proven to be important determinants in enhancing the performance of employees in the Logistics Bureau of Gresik Resort Police, with work discipline exerting a more dominant influence than work motivation.
