Stunting remains a chronic nutritional problem and a major public health challenge in Indonesia. Stunting prevention should begin during pregnancy by improving pregnant women's knowledge and strengthening family support. This study aimed to determine the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge of stunting and family support with stunting prevention behavior among pregnant women at Jailolo Regional General Hospital. This study employed a quantitative method with an observational analytic design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 60 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires on knowledge, family support, and stunting prevention behavior. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most respondents had good knowledge (41.7%), good family support (46.7%), and positive stunting prevention behavior (70.0%). Bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between pregnant women's knowledge and stunting prevention behavior (p=0.001; PR=6.210; 90% CI=2.874–14.201), as well as between family support and stunting prevention behavior (p=0.001; PR=3.845; 90% CI=1.612–7.928). Good knowledge and optimal family support contribute to positive stunting prevention behavior among pregnant women. Health education and family involvement should be strengthened to support stunting prevention efforts from the beginning of pregnancy.
