<![CDATA[Tebo Regency is one of the regencies experiencing rapid development, both in terms of development and community business development. One such growing business is the palm oil collector business, which plays a crucial role in supporting community economic activities. However, in practice, business financial management remains rudimentary and has not fully implemented Islamic financial management principles. Therefore, this study aims to determine the actual conditions of the palm oil collector business, analyze the understanding and application of Islamic financial management principles, and determine its impact on the economic well-being of workers in Giriwinangun Village, Tebo Regency. This research used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation with informants including business owners, farmers, workers, and village heads. The research results show that palm oil collectors in Giriwinangun Village are still managed in a simple manner and have not fully implemented Islamic financial management principles. Business actors' understanding of Islamic principles remains low, while financial record-keeping, price transparency, and the implementation of the prohibition of usury and gharar have not been optimally implemented. Nevertheless, palm oil collectors have a positive impact on the community by providing jobs, additional income for workers, and facilitating the sale of their crops by farmers. However, improvements in the community's economic welfare have not been evenly distributed, so the application of Islamic financial management principles still needs to be improved.]]>
