This study examines family financial management among career women who also play a dual role as housewives in Bayung Lencir Indah Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency, from the perspective of sharia financial management. This study aims to identify the form of family financial management, the supporting and inhibiting factors, and the dual role of career women in increasing family income based on Islamic principles. This research uses a qualitative field approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving career women who are also housewives in RT 05 and RT 08. The findings show that family financial management is carried out through budgeting, arranging household needs, simple recording, and controlling expenses by prioritizing basic needs. Supporting factors include stable income, husband’s support, planning ability, and financial knowledge. The main constraints are limited time, fatigue, increasing family needs, and unexpected expenses. From an Islamic perspective, women’s dual roles are permissible as long as they are carried out through lawful means, preserve dignity, fulfill family responsibilities, and are based on trustworthiness, balance, and mutual help.
