<![CDATA[This study aims to develop an Animaker-based animated video for Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) instruction for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Mardiharjo that meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which encompasses Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Mardiharjo. Data collection techniques involved questionnaires and tests, while data analysis included validity, practicality, and effectiveness testing. The results indicate that the developed animated video achieved validity scores of 94% from language experts, 90% from media experts, and 88% from subject matter experts, all falling into the "highly valid" category. Practicality testing yielded an average score of 93%, placing it in the "highly practical" category. Effectiveness testing demonstrated an improvement in student learning outcomes, with an N-Gain score of 0.65, falling within the medium category. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the Animaker-based animated video meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, making it suitable for use as an instructional medium for IPAS lessons for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Mardiharjo.]]>
