Students’ self-directed learning in mathematics needs enhancement to enable independent learning. This study aims to develop web-based learning media with a randomized question feature on flat-sided solid geometry that is valid, practical, and supports students’ self-directed learning. This Research and Development (R&D) study used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects were 36 eighth-grade students of Class VIII-A at SMPN 15 Mataram. Data were collected via media and material expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and self-directed learning questionnaires administered before and after media usage. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results indicated that the developed media was highly valid with an average score of 88.28% and highly practical with an average score of 92.95%. The percentage of students’ self-directed learning increased from 61.70% to 88.33% (an increase of 26.63%). Thus, the web-based learning media with a randomized question feature is proven to be highly valid, practical, and effective in supporting students' self-directed learning.
