The Stunting Monitoring Application was developed to assist mothers and health cadres in recording anthropometric data, monitoring daily nutritional intake, interpreting z-scores, and visualizing child growth. This study aimed to evaluate the usability of the application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) at Posyandu Harapan Sejahtera. This study employed a descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected from 30 mothers who had completed guided application-use tasks and assessed ten SUS statements using a five-point Likert scale. The SUS score was calculated by converting the contributions of positive and negative items, then multiplying the total score by 2.5. The results showed a mean SUS score of 82.17, with a standard deviation of 6.46, a median of 82.50, a minimum score of 67.50, and a maximum score of 95.00. A total of 19 respondents (63.33%) were categorized as very good, 10 respondents (33.33%) as good, and 1 respondent (3.33%) as low marginal. These findings indicate that the application has good usability potential to support community health post-based stunting monitoring.
