Abstract

The Mother and Child Srikandi IBI Jember Hospital is one of the private hospitals in Jember district. Currently the Mother and Child Hospital uses the Hospital Administration Information System (HAIS) in providing services. There are several problems related to HAIS, including data that is not stored properly, the information generated by the hospital information system is still incomplete and users still have difficulty inputting data. The purpose of this study is to analyze system quality, information quality and service quality on user satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative, where there are 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The results obtained are there is a moderate and unidirectional significant relationship of 0.519 between system quality and user satisfaction. There is a moderate and unidirectional significant relationship of 0.425 between information quality and user satisfaction. There is a strong and unidirectional significant relationship of 0.780 between service quality and user satisfaction. From these results it can be concluded that system quality, information quality and service quality have an influence on HAIS user satisfaction

Abstract

SIMRS at RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember has been running since 2011. However, based on the preliminary studyfound several problems including, there are some data that is not stored properly, information generated bySIMRS is still incomplete or incomplete, and the discovery of several system users who are not satisfied withthe SIMRS. Therefore, it is necessary to further study how to evaluate the success of the implementation ofthe SIMRS by using the Update D&M IS Success Model evaluation method (Delone and Mclean 2003). Thepurpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of SIMRS in supporting service activities based onvariables of system quality, information quality, service quality, intensity of use, usage, user satisfaction andnet benefits. The analysis used is the analysis of the relationship with the Spearman rank test using the SPSS24.0 program. The results of this study indicate the significance value of all variables <0.05 and positive value,so that the quality of the system, the quality of information, the quality of service is related to the direction ofthe intensity of use and user satisfaction. Usage intensity and user satisfaction are also related to the directionof net benefits. A very strong influence occurs on service quality on the intensity of use with a significancevalue of 0,000 and a coefficient correlation value of 0.826. The influence that is going on on the quality ofinformation on user satisfaction with a significance value of 0,000 and a coefficient correlation value of 0.425.

Abstract

The physical environment is all that exists around the workplace that can affect employees both directly andindirectly. Several problems exist in the JKN Polyclinic filing room at Pertamina Central Hospital, amongothers, the room is not large, some documents RM are not stored in the available shelves, there is one light sothe filing room is not bright enough. The purpose of this study is to design a JKN polyclinic filing layout basedon an ergonomic physical environment at Pertamina Central Hospital. This research is qualitative, with datacollection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study areto produce a new JKN Polyclinic spatial filing design at Pertamina Jakarta Central Hospital following anergonomic physical environment. Spacious room for new filing room measuring 35 m² with the addition ofsupporting facilities such as 57 medical record shelves for the needs of the next 5 years, 1 piece of AC (AirConditioning) measuring 1PK, 3 lamps measuring 20 watts, and additional ventilation of 5.25 m². It isrecommended to Pertamina Central Hospital to add facilities such as medical record shelves, repairs ofrefrigeration equipment such as AC (Air Conditioning), lights, and indoor air ventilation. These facilities arevery important because they affect the comfort and health of officers working in the filing room.

Abstract

Borrowing and returning medical records is part of the medical record system in health facilities. One of them is that some puskesmas are less than optimal in borrowing and returning medical records because the recording process is still manual. This causes several problems, one of which is that the filling officer has difficulty in monitoring the presence of medical records entering and leaving the filling room. The medical record control information system is an information system that has a positive impact on the process of borrowing and returning medical records. Medical records that come out of the filling room must be recorded properly as well as the return of medical records because medical records are confidential documents. So that the control of medical records is important in the implementation of health services, especially in the field of medical records. This research is a qualitative research with action research research methods. The design of the medical record control information system uses flowchart diagrams, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes and user interfaces. Meanwhile, to evaluate the medical record control information system using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of using information technology in health services to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services. However, there are still many challenges in implementing electronic medical record systems, such as difficulties in integrating data from various sources, data security issues, and limitations in data accessibility. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a cloud computing-based electronic medical record system that can meet the special needs of various healthcare providers and improve the accessibility of patient data safely and efficiently. The method used in this study is a system development approach based on the software development life cycle by combining user-based design principles and feedback from healthcare providers. The result of this research is a web-based electronic medical record system that can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, with features such as medical history tracking, appointment scheduling, prescription management, and billing management. This system also has a high level of security to protect patient privacy and prevent unauthorized access.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Teknologi informasi memberikan dampak pesat terutama pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer salah satunya klinik. Klinik merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi masyarakat. Klinik Dokter Keluarga Korpagama Universitas Gadjah Mada merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Sistem pelayanan di Klinik Dokter Keluarga Korpagama masih manual dan berencana mengimplementasikan rekam medis elektronik melalui aplikasi SmartClinic. Tetapi, aplikasi SmartClinic masih dalam proses pengembangan rekam medis elektronik pada poli kedokteran keluarga layanan primer sehingga aplikasi SmartClinic masih belum bisa diimplementasikan di Klinik Dokter Keluarga Korpagama.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode User-Centered Design (UCD). Metode UCD memiliki beberapa tahapan diantaranya, menentukan konteks pengguna, menganalisis spesifikasi kebutuhan, melakukan perancangan desain, dan melakukan evaluasi.Hasil: Desain pengembangan rekam medis elektronik pada poli kedokteran keluarga layanan primer melalui aplikasi SmartClinic berdasarkan pada metode User-Centered Design (UCD) dan hasil pengujian mengunakan Black Box Testing.Kesimpulan: Rekam medis elektronik melalui aplikasi SmartClinic mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam membantu proses pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik di Klinik Dokter Keluarga Korpagama Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Abstract

Background: The Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is a system where the hospital collects and processes all the information needed, processed and collected via computer about health services and management and this information can be interconnected between units within the hospital environment. Hospital Pasirian Lumajang has been using HMIS for about 2 years but until now the use of HMIS is still not optimal. Users are an important aspect to realize the ideal HMIS. The Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) is a model for assessing system success in mandatory environments. By understanding user perceptions, appropriate recommendations can be found to maximize the use of HMIS in improving the quality of patient care.Methods: This type of research uses descriptive data analysis with cross-sectional data collection. The research population is all officers who use HMIS. The research instrument is a questionnaire.Results: The quality of information needs to be improved, performance expectations of the system are very high, social influence is also quite good. attitude towards HMIS is quite positive, the intensity of using HMIS is very high. Some users are also on average satisfied with the overall HMIS, and the benefits from the management side are not good because the information produced is still not in accordance with user needs.Conclusions: HMIS implementation is still in its early stages and the benefits of HMIS implementation are still limited, so it is necessary to develop HMIS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendaftaran online yang terintegrasi dengan printer antrian POS untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan laboratorium di Laboratorium Rekam Medis Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi pengguna. Hasil evaluasi performa menunjukkan penurunan rata-rata waktu pendaftaran dari lebih dari 10 menit (600 detik) pada proses manual menjadi kurang dari 5 menit (300 detik) dengan sistem online, atau peningkatan efisiensi sebesar 50%. Tingkat keberhasilan pencetakan nomor antrian otomatis mencapai 95%, dengan rata-rata waktu respons sistem 258s. Simulasi yang melibatkan 20 mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan keteraturan layanan dan proses pendaftaran yang lebih cepat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model Waterfall efektif digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan yang andal dan mendukung transformasi digital di institusi pendidikan kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstract: Ethical academic writing is a fundamental competency that should be developed early in higher education, particularly in health-related vocational education, where academic integrity is closely linked to professional ethics. This study aims to examine the use of Instagram and TikTok in the GEN SMART (Generasi Sadar Menulis Akademik Beretika) Program as social media–based educational platforms for promoting ethical academic writing among students of the Nutrition Department at Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang. A descriptive quantitative design with an evaluative approach was employed using non-participant digital observation to analyze interaction metrics on the Instagram and TikTok accounts @tulisituetis. Data included likes, saves, and views of educational content posted between 25–26 October 2025, with recapitulation conducted up to 27 October 2025. These quantitative data were supported by participant testimonials to strengthen the interpretation of engagement and program impact. The findings show that Instagram helps maintain consistent exposure to educational messages with stable engagement, while TikTok achieves higher audience reach and interaction due to its dynamic short-video format. Testimonials further indicate positive perceptions of the program, including increased awareness of academic ethics and integrity, as well as improved understanding of technical aspects of ethical academic writing.

Abstract

Designing a good user interface is crucial in designing digital-based learning applications, one of which is to support student readiness for the Medical Records and Health Information Competency Test (UKOM). This study aims to utilize a prototyping model to design the user interface for the Medical Records and Health Information Competency Test Preparation Learning (PERKOMDIS) application. This application interface design is an interactive mobile app-based learning medium. The prototyping model allows for interactive user interface design by involving users in analyzing initial requirements. The study was conducted through several stages: user needs analysis, user interface design, and display feasibility testing by potential users. The results showed that the use of an interactive prototyping model improved the quality of the interface design, both in terms of usability, navigation clarity, and visual appeal. The PERKOMDIS application is designed to include practice questions, material discussion, and self-assessment features integrated into a single platform. With a user-focused approach and the implementation of competency-oriented design, this user interface design is expected to be an effective tool in the process of developing a UKOM preparation application for Medical Records and Health Information students.
