Panti Pelayanan Sosial Anak Wira Adhi Karya Ungaran in Semarang Regency provides support and guidance to adolescents aged 15–21 who are in the transitional stage toward independent living. This condition requires strengthening their knowledge, character, skills, and entrepreneurial experience to provide them with alternative pathways toward economic independence. The Student Creativity Program for Community Service (PKM-PM), entitled “PROJECT RESTART,” was implemented through four integrated programs: Restart Mindset and Character Class, Restart Literacy and Life Skills Training, Restart Social Entrepreneur Lab, and Restart Evaluation and Sustainability. The implementation methods included preparation, planning, implementation, mentoring, documentation, and evaluation. Evaluation was conducted through observation, discussions, practical activities, and pre-test and post-test measurements for each program. Preliminary evaluation results indicated improvements across all measured aspects. Program 1 increased from 58% to 92%, Program 2 from 55% to 91%, Program 3 from 53% to 90%, and Program 4 from 57% to 93%. These improvements demonstrate that an empowerment program integrating mindset development, literacy, skills training, business practice, and evaluation can have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial readiness of the supported children. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable entrepreneurship mentoring model.
