<![CDATA[This study examined the effects of 5R implementation and inventory management on production operational performance at PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia, Plant N3 Pasar Kemis, Tangerang. The study used an associative quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to production employees and through internal production delay records. The variables consisted of 5R implementation, inventory management, and operational performance. The analysis included validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that 5R implementation had a negative and significant effect on operational performance, with a regression coefficient of -0.211 and a significance value of 0.034. Inventory management had a positive and significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.735 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly affected operational performance, with an F value of 35.418 and a significance value of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.514 indicated that 51.4% of operational performance variation was explained by the two independent variables. The findings support the need to evaluate 5R implementation and strengthen inventory management in production operations.]]>
