Islamic society differs from secular society by integrating social relations with a spiritual relationship with Allah SWT. In the context of globalization and modernity, Muslim communities face challenges such as secularism, materialism, social inequality, and moral decline, which threaten Islamic identity. This study aims to examine the concept of a truly Islamic society based on the Qur’an, Hadith, and the views of Islamic scholars, as well as to analyze its characteristics, values, challenges, and the role of Muhammadiyah in its realization. Using a library research method with a normative-descriptive approach, this study analyzes scholarly literature and classical as well as contemporary Islamic thought. The findings show that an ideal Islamic society is founded on tawhid and characterized by justice, shura, ukhuwah Islamiyah, and amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, implemented across social, educational, health, and economic sectors. Muhammadiyah plays a vital role in actualizing these values in contemporary society. Keyword: civilization, fraternity, islamic society, islamic values, social justice
