Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are driven by advances in digital technology to adapt to platform-based marketing systems and shifts in consumer behavior. Digital literacy, business profile management, product catalog creation, online advertising, and app-based customer support remain issues faced by some MSMEs. Through the MSME Digitalization Mentoring program in collaboration with Grab Indonesia, this community service project aims to improve MSMEs' understanding and ability to use digital platforms. The activity was implemented by the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Santo Thomas Catholic University. Through planning, outreach, training, practical experience, technical support, and assessment, the implementation method used applies a participatory, instructional, and applied approach. Of the target of 100 MSMEs, 84% of them attended. The results showed that participants were able to understand the importance of digital marketing, business profile management, product information preparation, use of platform features, and improving the quality of customer service. The evaluation instrument was declared valid and reliable, and this activity contributed to increasing MSME readiness to enter the digital-based business ecosystem.
