Electronic retail dynamics require salespeople to generate and implement new ideas, yet innovative work behavior may not emerge when organizational support is not accompanied by effective knowledge exchange. This study examines the effect of perceived organizational support on innovative work behavior, both directly and through knowledge sharing. An explanatory quantitative and cross-sectional design was employed. A Likert-scale questionnaire was purposively distributed to 115 electronic product salespeople in Denpasar City with at least one year of tenure. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS. The results show that perceived organizational support positively affects innovative work behavior (β=0.41) and knowledge sharing (β=0.66). Knowledge sharing positively affects innovative work behavior (β=0.45) and partially mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative work behavior (indirect β=0.30). These findings indicate that organizational support becomes more effective in fostering innovation when it is translated into a collaborative climate, open communication, and systematic mechanisms for exchanging work-related experience
