Administrative orderliness is a key pillar determining the efficiency with which an organization achieves its vision and mission, including within the youth ministry of GKI Yahim Sentani. A fundamental challenge currently faced by the community service partner is a limited technical understanding of digital automation in word processing software. Consequently, the management of mass documents—such as congregation event invitations, committee certificates, and organizational labels—is still handled manually, item by item. This conventional process leads to wasted time, physical fatigue among committee members, and a high rate of typographical errors regarding names or titles (human error). To address these issues, the community service team introduced a comprehensive solution comprising a training program and intensive technical mentoring on integrating Microsoft Word’s "Mailings" feature with a Microsoft Excel master database. The activity was held on April 3, 2026, at the GKI Yahim Multipurpose Hall, involving 13 active participants. Program results showed a significant surge in the participants' average understanding, rising from an initial score of 40 to 81.7 (a 104% increase). The time required to produce mass documents was drastically reduced by up to 75%—dropping from one hour to less than 10–20 minutes—while data accuracy reached 92%. This enhancement in digital capability is expected to serve as a vital asset for church youth in participating in the modernization of administrative governance within the youth ministry.
