The Research and Community Service Department (LPPM) of PoliteknikInternasional Bali requires an integrated information system to support the management of research activities, community service programs, monitoring and evaluation processes, publication outputs, grant administration, as well as institutional performance and accreditation data. At present, these activities are managed through separate and largely manual procedures, resulting in challenges such as data duplication, delays in information dissemination, difficulties in document retrieval, reduced operational efficiency, and limited integration across business processes. This study aims to develop an Enterprise Architecture blueprint using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework to support the design of an integrated information system aligned with organizational requirements. A qualitative research approach was adopted through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The TOGAF ADM phases applied in this study include the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Opportunities and Solutions. The proposed architecture consists of several architectural artifacts, including use case diagrams, an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), network topology design, gap analysis, an implementation roadmap, and information technology risk identification. The resulting blueprint addresses six core business domains: research management, community service management, monitoring and evaluation, publication output management, grant management, and institutional performance and accreditation management. The evaluation results indicate that the proposed architecture effectively addresses the operational and informational requirements of LPPM by integrating previously fragmented processes and providing a structured foundation for future information system development. The blueprint was further validated through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving LPPM administrators and prospective system users to assess its alignment with organizational needs and existing operational practices. The findings confirm that the proposed architecture accommodates all major functional requirements, demonstrating its suitability as a reference framework for the development of an integrated information system. Consequently, the blueprint is expected to support improvements in operational efficiency, service quality, and digital transformation initiatives within PoliteknikInternasional Bali.
