The number of QRIS merchants registered at BSI KC Makassar 2 increased between 2022 and 2025, but registration alone does not indicate sustained use of noncash payments. This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of QRIS use and digital literacy on loyalty to noncash transactions among micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) customers of the branch. A quantitative survey was conducted with 100 QRIS merchants selected purposively from a population of 677 registered merchants. Responses were collected using a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression. QRIS use had a positive and significant effect on loyalty (B = 0.346; p < 0.001), as did digital literacy (B = 0.386; p < 0.001). The model was significant overall (F = 147.384; p < 0.001) and explained 75.2% of the variation in loyalty within the sample (R² = 0.752). These findings support continued merchant assistance with QRIS use and practical guidance on managing digital transactions and checking payments.
