The Faith Development Theory developed by James W. Fowler provides a profound conceptual framework for understanding the growth of human faith toward spiritual maturity. This theory emphasizes that faith is not merely about dogma but is a meaning-making structure that evolves through personal experience, reflection, and active involvement in both spiritual and social life. In the context of church ministry, particularly among Men/Fathers’ Fellowship, this theory is highly relevant for analyzing ongoing spiritual dynamics. This study employs a qualitative method using literature review, interviews, and theological reflection to explore the connection between stages of faith development and the increasing religiosity of men within the church community.
